Powers Combined

Powers Combined is a TTRPG for 1-5 Players about the voyage of a crew of unique individuals, each with their own talents and quirks, who need to work together to solve problems and overcome challenges (in Space). 

The game is set aboard a spaceship, travelling from planet to planet on a mission chosen by the players.

The game puts the players in control of 10 randomly generated characters (the Crew), each with unique talents and quirks, to use to solve problems presented in each scene. For each encounter, the players plan what combination of crewmates they want to send, and who will be playing them. Players are encouraged to play different characters each scene, creating the crew's backstories, personalities, and dynamics collaboratively, through improvisation.

Powers Combined can be played with or without a GM, or even as a solo-RPG, and is intended to prep-less and improv heavy, and is best used for one-shots or other short-form types of play.

The game includes tables for generating the 10 crew and encounters they'll face on their journey, and rules for GMs resolving these scenes.

This game was created for the Lux Maxima Duality TTRPG Game Jam #5: Individual and Society. It's not the prettiest submission and there are a few things I may expand on in the future (especially the encounters table), but I'm happy with it!
